		<description>Presumably mobile services are more useful in when they are a substitute for some of the services and channels consumers enjoy in more developed markets - eg: fixed lines, Automatic Teller Machines, local government offices, etc.

We need government and the private sector to be more innovative, developing the range and accessibility of mobile services to support economic and social development.

Congratulations to Binu for your vision and the possibilities that you may enable. I have great expectations of the contribution you can make!
